Louis C. Tiffany Flora Cloisonné Ornament Set
An art ornament set inspired by The Met collection.
This trio of radiant cloisonné ornaments honors three glass treasures in The Met's American Wing: a window panel with a grapevine motif (ca. 1902–15) and two elaborate lampshades, one depicting daffodils (ca. 1904–10) and another portraying peonies (1904–15). Each luminous triumph of decorative art reflects Tiffany Studios's (American, 1902–32) mastery of the craft, as well as Louis Comfort Tiffany's (American, 1848–1933) reverence for the natural world as an endless source of inspiration.
